【摘要】:Duringanoil-spillresponse,trajectorymodelsareusedtopredictthefuturemovementandfateofoil(forecastmode).Thisinformationisusedforplanningpurposestopositionequipmentandresponsepersonnelinordertooptimizeaspillresponse.Oil-spilltrajectorymodelscanbeusedinastatisticalmanner(stochasticmode)toidentifytheareasthatmaybeimpactedbyoilspills.Inthosecaseswherethedegreeofriskatvariouslocationsfromanunknownsourceisneeded,trajectorymodelscanbeusedinaninversemodetoidentifypossiblesourcesofthepollution(receptormode).Oil-spilltrajectorymodelsareusedinthedevelopmentofscenariosfortrainingandexercises.Theuseofmodelsallowsthescenariodesignertodevelopincidentsandsituationsinarealisticmanner.1.1Thispracticedescribesthefeaturesandprocessesthatshouldbeincludedinanoil-spilltrajectoryandfatemodel.1.2Thispracticeappliesonlytooil-spillmodelsanddoesnotconsiderthebroaderneedformodelsinotherfields.Thispracticeconsidersonlycomputer-basedmodels,andnotphysicalmodelingofoil-spillprocesses.1.3Thispracticeisapplicabletoalltypesofoilinoceans,lakes,andriversunderavarietyofenvironmentalandgeographicalconditions.1.4Thispracticedoesnotaddressissuesofcomputeroperation.Itisassumedthattheuserofthispracticeisfamiliarwiththeuseofacomputeranditsoperatingsystems.

【摘要】:ThispartofBS7000givesguidanceonmanaginginnovation:specificallythedevelopmentofinnovativeandcompetitiveproductsthatwillsatisfycustomers'perceivedandlatentneedsinthelong-termfuture(thegenerationafterthegenerationbeyondthosecurrentlyunderdevelopment).Itdoesnotencompasscontinuousimprovementintheshortterm.Thisstandardstretchesthehorizonofdesignmanagementandshouldbeusedbythosewithoverallresponsibilityforanorganization'swell-beingtoplanfutureproductstrategiesandsohelpensurelong-termsurvival.ItshouldbeusedinconjunctionwiththeotherdesignmanagementguidesintheBS7000series.TheproposalsinthisstandarddovetailintothoseofBS7000-2,BS7000-3andBS7000-4.Thisstandardisrelevanttoalltypesofproductsandservices,andtothebusinessprocessesinvolvedintheircreation,fabrication,deliveryandsustenanceinthemarket,rightthroughtofinaldisposal,includingthemanagementofobsolescence.Italsoappliestoalllevelsofstaffandmanagementinalltypesoforganizationsoperatinginthemanufacturing,process,serviceandconstructionindustriesaswellasinthepublicand"not-for-profit"sectors.Theprinciplesandproceduresoutlinedshouldbeofparticularinteresttosmallandmedium-sizeenterprises(SMEs).Guidanceisgivenontheapplicationofgeneralprinciplesandtechniquestothemanagementofinnovation.Discussionofthetechniquesthemselves,suchasthemanagementofpeopleandtime,andtheirapplicationtoareasotherthaninnovationanddesignisexcluded.Theguidanceprovidedinthisstandardprovidesinsightsintowhatshouldeventuallybeattainedatalllevelsofanenterprise.NOTE1Appropriatereferenceismadetootherdocumentsforguidanceongeneralmanagementtechniques.ABibliographyisgivenattheend.NOTE2Guidanceonproceduresneededtomeetstatutoryrequirements(suchashealthandsafety,orproductcertificationandliability)arenotintendedtobecomprehensive.Referenceshouldbemadetootherdocumentswhereappropriate.NOTE3ThisstandardisintendedtocomplementBSENISO9001:1994towhichreferenceshouldbemade.
